In order to optimize our offers on the web, as well as for product recommendations, we use the technology of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”) to create user profiles under a pseudonym for marketing purposes and to track the online behavior of visitors to our site. For this purpose cookies can be used, which allow the Internet browser to be recognized when revisited. The information stored about online behavior is analyzed using an algorithm so that targeted product recommendations in the form of banner ads or advertisements on third-party websites are subsequently displayed based on interest. User profiles under a pseudonym are not connected to the respective user through his personal data without his special and explicit consent.
